Across all campuses, our nurses collaborate with paramedics, physicians and others to use induced hypothermia to digital radiology and other novel techniques. The clinical nurse I is responsible for the direct provision of effective and comprehensive nursing care. This is a per diem position at NewYork-Presbyterian / Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.

At least two years of RN experience in a pediatric emergency department is required. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Current New York state license as a registered nurse required. BCLS certification for all nurses who provide direct patient care. Additional certification may be required depending on unit as per nursing by-laws. Shared clinical decision-making are just the beginning. Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
