Per Diem Respiratory Therapist - ENCOMPASS HEALTH : Job Details

Join Our Team as a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist! Your opportunity to make a difference starts here. We are seeking passionate individuals to provide exceptional care to patients during shifts from 7 am to 7:30 pm at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital, Worcester, MA.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver direct, compassionate care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medication.
• Lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and effectively address patient concerns.
• Foster meaningful connections with patients by understanding their unique physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery journey.
• Celebrate and recognize patient achievements throughout the healing process.

Qualifications Needed:

• Valid State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a hospital setting in Respiratory Therapy is preferred.
