We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LMSWs and LCSWs to join our dynamic team at a leading children's home and family service residence in Brooklyn. This role provides an incredible opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of children and families in a supportive residential setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to children and families in a residential setting.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, educators, and caseworkers, to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

  • Assist in crisis management and support in stabilizing challenging behaviors.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies.

  • Participate in regular supervision, trainings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • LMSW or LCSW required.

  • Bilingual in Haitian Creole and/or Spanish strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience working with children and families in a residential or clinical setting is a plus.

  • Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
