We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our PRN pool in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas (40202, 40217, 40207, 40241, 40211, 47250, 47130, 47170).

This flexible position is ideal for nurses looking to maintain clinical skills, earn extra income, or balance work with personal commitments. Units available are PCU, Tele, & ICU!

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a group of assigned patients.
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Promote patient and family education, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership, mentoring, and precepting skills.
• Maintain awareness of cost-effective practices to support unit stability.
• Apply evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Kentucky, Indiana, or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient experience
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to float to different units based on staffing needs
