GHR Healthcare is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a per diem / prn nursing job in Staten Island, New York.

Nurses that join the per diem pool, at minimum must be available for at least one shift every other week

Position Summary:

Per diem Float Pool RNs provide bedside care across multiple MST units and are expected to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing practice. Assignments may vary daily, and candidates must be comfortable floating within their scope of competency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting
• Current New York State RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Floating Requirement:

• Agency and per diem nurses may be floated to other units within their demonstrated competencies, based on hospital staffing needs.
