Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Up to 36.00 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Per Diem Community Health Nurse – Bronx, NY Available Schedule Tuesday-Saturday shift Sunday-Thursday shift. The Community Health Nurse will be making 4-5 visits per day. Home care experience is required.
