Human Adge Agency is seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide individualized nutrition care to patients in Flushing, Queens. This is a field-based role focused on in-home patient visits. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in community-based healthcare and is committed to improving patient outcomes through tailored nutrition support.

Please note: Candidates must be willing to travel to the Bronx for initial orientation and occasional team meetings or training sessions.

NYS Registered Dietitian To Be Replaced

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• Current Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) license issued by New York State.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
