Per Diem Pharmacist - BLUESTONE HEALTH CENTER : Job Details

Bluestone Health Association Inc is a federally qualified health center dedicated to providing highly qualified services to underserves communities. We are currently seeking a licensed, patient-focused pharmacist to join our team on an as-needed basis. Support our pharmacy during peak times, vacations, and special projects.

This position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to provide high quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare, dispense and verify prescriptions in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patients outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and endure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Pharmacist license in the state of West Virginia.
• Stronge knowledge of medications, compounding and pharmaceutical best practices.
• Excellent communicative, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior experience (1) year preferred

Position Details:

Schedule: Per diem; hours may vary based on coverage needs.

Location: Bluestone Health Pharmacy

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
