Per Diem Advanced Practice Provider Dermatology - VitalCheck Wellness : Job Details

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (NP) with dermatology experience ****to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business in Brooklyn, NY. Our office arranges the patient appointments, provides all the equipment and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care in an office setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings and small procedures (as needed).

Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.

Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.

Provide telemedicine services for follow-ups (as needed).

Requirements:

• Active clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in NY.
• Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
• A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
• Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Personal laptop or tablet required.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Brooklyn, NY.
