Position Summary

PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our ERP systems for the Municipal Water (Utility) operations. This role blends technical and functional expertise to drive operational excellence across financial systems. You will work closely with business and IT teams to optimize business process flows, manage system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and develop system documentation and support procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support PeopleSoft AP, GL, PC, and SCM modules
• Analyze and optimize business processes and system workflows
• Troubleshoot system issues using SQL and People Tools
• Manage integration points between PeopleSoft, Power Plan, and EPBCS
• Gather and document business requirements and create functional specs
• Support testing, user training, and documentation development
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide ongoing system support
• Maintain SLAs, support documentation, and help desk procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 7+ years of IT and ERP application support experience
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 & People Tools 8.59+
• Proficiency in SQL and system configuration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Power Plan and Oracle Hyperion/FCCS/EPBCS is a plus
