The People & Culture, Strategic Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving talent strategies that align with organizational goals. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to influence decision-making, shape culture, and deliver high-impact P&C solutions that support growth and employee success.

Core Responsibilities:

Coaching & Development: Provide leadership coaching and training to managers to enhance their effectiveness in leading and developing their teams.

Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning P&C strategies with business goals to drive organizational performance.

Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.Change Management: Support leaders through organizational changes, restructuring, and transformation initiatives with effective communication and change management strategies.Performance Management: Guide leaders in setting clear performance expectations, conducting effective reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans where needed.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze P&C metrics and trends to inform strategy, drive decision-making, and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.Policy Development: Partner with P&C leadership to refine policies and practices that promote equity, compliance, and a strong employee experience.Culture & EngagementCollaborate with leaders and P&C peers to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.Experience, Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification such as PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred).

  • 6+ years of progressive

    People & Culture

    experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or senior HRBP role.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, federal/state compliance requirements, P&C policies, and best practices.

  • Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving business results through P&C initiatives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using P&C data and metrics to drive decisions.

  • Experience supporting organizations through change, growth, and transformation is highly desirable.

  • Experience working within a multi-site environment.

  • Computer literacy; specifically with MS office applications; strong Excel skills preferred.

  • Experience developing policies and procedures preferred.

Travel:

Up to 15% travel
