Position: Project Manager IV

Location: SeaTac, WA 98198

Duration: 12-month contract (possibility of extension)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager IV to lead the execution and successful delivery of large and/or complex projects. This role is ideal for a senior-level project leader with strong enterprise-scale experience, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and proven expertise in change management.

You will act as a subject matter expert and thought leader, working independently to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions, processes, and systems that drive organizational improvement. This position will involve cross-functional coordination between business and technology teams, as well as work within the airline/aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to established processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Apply deep project management knowledge to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and influence outcomes across the organization.
  • Develop and execute People Change Management and Business Readiness plans to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage multiple priorities, instill a sense of urgency, and drive projects to timely completion.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop effective resolution strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management and/or change management.
  • Proven experience delivering projects within the airline or aviation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing project outcomes using analytical approaches.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple objectives and deadlines.
  • PMP certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with aircraft modification programs.
  • Familiarity with airline maintenance practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in People Change Management and Business Readiness planning.
