Job Description :

· Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to address complex workforce challenges.

· Provide business and people insights and recommendations through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis based on in-depth analysis.

· Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership by preparing, developing, and analyzing reports and insights through data storytelling on key people priorities using both internal and external insights.

Data Governance & Infrastructure

· Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across HR systems.

· Define and implement data governance standards and best practices for people data.

· Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for continuous improvement or further leveraging these systems within HR.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders, providing consultative support on human capital planning, engagement and culture, talent management, and organizational design.

· Present findings and recommendations in a compelling, data-driven narrative tailored to executive audiences.

Tool Development & Automation

· Analyze and present relevant data in easy-to-understand formats, dashboards, or automate files to aid timely decision-making, provide insights, and optimize processes.

· Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service tools using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

· Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

· Support the execution of people data requests, from requirement gathering to solution implementation.

Capability Building

· Coach HR team members in data literacy and analytics techniques.

· Lead education sessions and workshops to promote a data-informed HR culture.

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience.

· Practical knowledge in importing data for reports and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Visier, pivots, formulas, graphs, flow charts).

· Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data analytics and insights.

· Ability to prioritize and complete tasks.

· Flexible and adaptable to various business models and projects.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
