As a Lead System Architect , you should hold certifications as a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) and Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA). Additionally, you must currently reside in the U.S. and be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance .

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a Lead System Architect who will be in charge of driving the success of our client projects through your expertise in consulting, Pega architecture, and thought leadership. You will Lead project delivery, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, and technical design of client solutions.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet technical and functional requirements, providing expertise in issue resolution and workaround solutions.
  • Work with Engagement Leadership to manage scope, risk, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide support and technical governance for one or more projects at a single client site.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver solutions that drive customer success.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Pega Architecture and implementation features, fostering reuse and portability in enterprise solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization, responding to ad-hoc questions and providing leadership in decision-making.
  • Maintain expertise in the latest versions and features of the Pega platform, contributing to solutions architecture and complex development activities.
  • Provide thought leadership to fellow team members and clients, solving complex business requirements and driving innovation.
  • Identify additional consulting opportunities within the customer base, demonstrating forward-thinking around business and technology alignment.
  • Influence customers and team members to make informed decisions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to team members on project tasks and technical skills development.
  • Lead the application development team, conducting product work reviews and ensuring team cohesion and success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
  • 7 years of progressively responsible experience, or Master's with 4 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
  • Expertise in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric, and process-based applications.
  • Expertise in a variety of technologies including, but not limited to, WebSphere or Weblogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
  • Experience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Specialization in a functional area or industry domain.
  • Completion of training and certification in Pega System Architect (CSA), Senior System Architect (CSSA), and Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
  • Specialized knowledge within industry domain and frameworks.
  • Excellent articulation skills and ability to address different audiences.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a Remote position.You are welcome to work anywhere in the United States, so long as you're willing and able to travel domestically to meet clients, as needed.
