NOTE: This is a behavioral health case management/hybrid remote position. Candidates should have a Peer Recovery Support Certification (CRSS).

Position Purpose: As a Peer Recovery Support Specialist, you will conduct assessments related to substance misuse and, through root cause analysis, develop tailored recovery and treatment plans using motivational interviewing techniques that ensure effective recovery strategies for our members.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma / GED required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex bio-psychosocial needs is required.
License/Certification:
Pay Range: $22.79 - $38.84 per hour
