• Engagement and Outreach to People Who Use Drugs,
• Linkage and Navigation
• Care Plan Implementation
• Risk Reduction Education

Peer Navigator Minimum Salary: $38,000.00Peer Navigator Maximum Salary: $38,000.00Peer Navigator Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, 37.5 hours per weekQualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years' experience working with People Who Use Drugs
