• Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient responsibilities
• Shared call (1:3 or better) primarily newborns 36+ weeks and C-sections
• No inpatient rounding no dedicated pediatric unit
• Clinic hours: Monday Thursday, 8 AM 5 PM Friday, 8 AM 12 PM(Open to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends)
• Patient volume: 25 per day
• Call coverage: 10 days/month (includes triage only)
