Pediatrics Physician - WhiteCoat Locums : Job Details

• Schedule: Weekdays only (Monday Friday); no weekend coverage required.
• Start Date: 2025.
• Patients per Day: (season-dependent).
• Setting: Pediatric Urgent Care.
• Exam Rooms: 9.
• Supervision: Locum physicians will supervise other healthcare providers and work with one mid-level provider.
• EMR: Epic.

• Minor wound management and repair.
• Incision and drainage of abscesses.
• Extremity splinting.
• Foreign body removal (skin).
• Pelvic exams.
• Diagnostic testing.

• Timeframe: days for full privileges; temporary privileges available.

• Board Certification: Required (American Board of Pediatrics or American Board of Osteopathic Medicine - Pediatrics).
• Licensure: Active South Carolina license & DEA (confirmed verbally at submission).
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS Required.
• Background: Must have a clean malpractice and background history.
• Availability: M-F, availability must be noted at submission.
