Pediatric Transplant Coordinator ($8,860+ for 1 week) - Aya Healthcare : Job Details

We're anticipating an official 10-day notice soon for a medical worker strike on the West Coast. This is a high-paying, short-term opportunity that is expected to last around just one week!

📋 Assignment Details (Two roles available):

• Positions: Pediatric Heart Transplant Coordinator RN & Abdominal Transplant (Liver/Kidney) Coordinator RN
• Pay: $8,860 for 5 shifts worked
• Schedule: 5×12s (5 shifts + 1 paid orientation)
• Orientation and modules are paid in addition to the guaranteed 60 hours (Potential to earn over $10K in one week)
• Start Date: October or later (subject to 10-day notice)
• Travel & Lodging: Flights, hotel, and ground transportation arranged and paid for by Aya
• Facility: Confidential West Coast hospital (details released upon notice)

✅Qualifications:

Pediatric Heart Transplant Coordinator RN

• At least one year as a pediatric heart transplant coordinator or experience working in a pediatric cardiology setting
• BLS certified; proficient with Epic charting
• Experience with VAD care/coordination
• Comfortable starting IVs in pediatric patients and providing patient/family education
• Skilled in care coordination: insurance verification, referrals, medication refills, follow-ups, scheduling
• Familiar with universal precautions and pediatric/cardiology clinic environments

Abdominal Transplant (Liver/Kidney) Coordinator RN

• At least one year as a transplant coordinator with liver and/or kidney patients
• BLS certified; CCTC credential required
• Proficient with Epic for documentation
• Skilled in patient education, medication refills, and follow-up calls
• Comfortable collaborating with pharmacy, processing referrals, and working in surgery or pediatric settings (pediatric experience preferred but not required)
