• 20 visits/week: $73,920 annually
• 25 visits/week: $100,800 annually
• 28+ visits/week: $112,896+ annually (Benefit-eligible level) Transparent pay structure based on 60-minute visits

🌟 Your PT Role:

• Evaluate movement, strength, and developmental motor skills
• Develop individualized treatment plans for mobility and function
• Use exercises, manual therapy, and equipment for pain management and injury prevention
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OTs and mental health professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking

We're Looking For:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited school
• Current Oregon PT license (or PTA certification)
