The Department of Ophthalmology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook is recruiting for a full-time Academic Pediatric Ophthalmologist (Assistant Professor) to start immediately. Responsibilities of the position consistent with the mission of our department include inpatient and outpatient clinical care, education of residents and medical students, and research or scholarly activity.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
MD/DO Degree (or foreign equivalent). Board Certified/Eligible in Ophthalmology. Successfully completed a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
Preferred Qualifications:
NY State license. Experience in clinical, translational, or basic research. Teaching experience. Additional years in Pediatric Ophthalmology.
