Job Description Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP or APRN) Bilingual Spanish Preferred Full-Time | Exempt | Hartford, CT Salary: $105,000 - $165,000 annually + productivity bonus NHSC Loan Repayment Program Eligible New Grads Welcome!   • Deliver comprehensive primary care to children and adolescents in collaboration with pediatric physicians.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, refer to specialists as needed, and coordinate care across disciplines.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities.
  • Engage in culturally competent care and build meaningful relationships with a diverse patient population.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Licensed (or eligible) APRN in the State of Connecticut.
  • DEA and Connecticut controlled substance registration (or eligible).
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in a pediatric setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
