Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Spanish) to join a Skilled Family Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Pediatrics.
  • Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and Board Certification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience is needed; pediatric experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in pediatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning; knowledgeable in eClinicalworks EMR.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
