Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local&travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination&Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.

This assignment float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations: *Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 *Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308

This assignment will require floating across all acute care units.

Days and Nights Available 7a– 7p&7p– 7a Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved.

Experience: 2 years' experience as an RN in pediatric acute care. Pediatric Trach Vent experience strongly preferred. Children's hospital experience preferred.

Education Requirements: *Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.

Must have to float Hem/Onc

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
