The Pediatrics Injury Prevention Specialist is responsible for the implementation of injury prevention throughout Ebeid Childrens Hospital (ECH), including the Kids in Safe Seats (KISS) program for child passenger safety. They act as a resource to partner with community agencies and other ProMedica entities to develop community injury prevention and education initiatives. Conducts research and evaluation studies on timely injury and trauma-related topics. Seeks program funding through grants, community donations, and in-kind donations.
