Responsibilities

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Hospitalists to join our dynamic team atSpence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children's Hospital, located on the campus ofBaptist Memorial Hospital for Womenin Germantown, a vibrant suburb of Memphis, Tennessee.

Position Highlights

• Provide care formedically complex pediatric patientsandhealthy newborns
• Approximately300 pediatric admissions annuallywith an average daily census of 3-4
• Responsibilities include:
  • Pediatric floor and nursery admissions and management
  • Family consultations and communication with referring physicians
  • Work alongside a dedicatedPediatric Intensivist teamalso managed by Pediatrix
• In-house daytime coveragewithat-home night call
• Access to a full range of pediatric subspecialists including:
  • Pediatric Intensivists, Neurology, Cardiology, GI, Orthopedics, ENT, Pulmonology, and Surgery

Qualifications

Board Certified Pediatrics

Board Certified Pediatric Hospital Medicine preferred, but not required.
