Qualifications:
\n
\n- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
\n- Authorization to work in the U.S., including H1B visa sponsorship, with support from Sound's in-house visa specialists.
\n
\nPractice in the Heart of the Community\n
Scheduling:
\n
\n- Full-time: 120 hours/month minimum for full benefits.
\n- Part-time and PRN options are available to fit your lifestyle.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Our 16-bed emergency department, complete with 2 trauma bays, delivers exceptional care to children in a supportive and collaborative environment.
\n- Deliver high-quality care in a Level II Trauma Center with seasonal adjustments to physician coverage (24-36 hours/day) based on patient volume.
\n- Teaching opportunities with Pediatric and Family Medicine residents.
\n- Work in a supportive environment with dedicated OB ED and excellent subspecialty support.
\n- Access to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Bedside Ultrasound for efficient care delivery.
\n- Utilize EPIC EMR to ensure efficient and effective patient documentation and communication—scribe coverage for 12 hours per day.

Rewards and Benefits:

\n- Compensation: W2 employed with a comprehensive benefits package.\n
\n- Hourly Pay: $250/hr for days, $265/hr for swings, $285/hr for nights
\n- We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $75k and fellowship stipend support for up to all three years of fellowship training.
