PCM - Product Control Monitor 2nd shift - Bell & Evans : Job Details

Job Summary: The team member is responsible performing all duties within the Tray Pack department to fill customer orders. Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced by immediately and safety and/or quality concerns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following; other duties may be assigned

• Dumping - Lift large trays of product weighing up to 40 pounds and carry trays to loaders
• Sorting/Staging - Places product in trays on the conveyor belt, removing any defective products to be placed in re-work
• Grading/Inspecting - Inspect all trays to make sure they are sealed and labeled correctly

Qualifications and Demands:

• Standing in place and working within a cold environment for 8+ hours
• Repetitively lifting 40 pounds (on occasion)
• Work in areas with loud noises (due to machines being in operation)
• Strong attention to detail
• Required to wear all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the production floor
• Must have reliable transportation
• When necessary, willing to work in department(s) outside of your own to meet order requirements
• If necessary, willing to work overtime to meet order requirements

Education and Experience (Due to the high volume of applicants, only those who meet the minimum qualifications will be selected for interviews):

• Previous experience is preferred, but not required for this position.
• No formal education is required
