PC Technician, Mid - Booz Allen Hamilton : Job Details

Performs a variety of services in support of End Users or Missions for the various components and commands residing at the locations assigned and as directed by leadership. Troubleshoots and proactively resolves technical issues. Provides technical problem solving for customer support of database. Installs, configures, and maintains desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices and peripherals, such as printers. Installs and configures application and operating system software and upgrades. Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and network connectivity issues. Removes old equipment and performs data migration to new machines. Maintains an inventory of installed software, manages software licensing, and assists with creating policies and procedures for upgrades. Works with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensures that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.
