  • Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (must be flexible)

  • Salary: $76,956-96,195 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the company's Payroll team
  • Oversee the preparation, sign-offs, and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) when applicable, and manage the weekly and bi-weekly payroll submission process to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Act as a liaison between the Payroll team, Payroll leadership, Corporate Payroll, and Human Resources
  • Lead the local payroll team in providing a professional and responsive payroll service to both internal and external customers
  • Review information submitted to corporate payroll and MyTime for accuracy and maintain internal controls within the system
  • Review payroll system setup to ensure accurate calculation of hours and collaborate with HRIS BU team to correct discrepancies
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience processing payroll using an integrated payroll system such as MyTime or similar, and 0-1 years of supervisory experience, or
  • High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of payroll processing experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Expert level skills using MyTime
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
  • 4+ years of payroll experience
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
