Payroll Specialist (60-Day Temp) – Southlake

We're seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a fast-paced, growing team in Southlake! This 60-day temporary role will focus on managing multi-state payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for a dynamic organization. Experience processing multi-state payroll within Workday is REQUIRED.

Assignment: 60-day temp, potential to extend

Location: Southlake, TX

• In office for 2 weeks, then 3 days onsite a week.

What You'll Do:

• Reconcile payroll and validate reports before submission
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time
• Handle garnishments, benefits taxation, and compliance reporting
• Process timesheets, attendance, manual checks, and year-end reporting
• Research and resolve payroll issues through ServiceNow

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience
• Workday payroll processing (required)
• Strong Excel skills & knowledge of payroll regulations
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
