Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Weekly and Biweekly payroll for the company utilizing Paycom
- Exposure to other areas of Human Resources such as benefits, compensation, and employee relations
- Be a part of strengthening the company's culture by serving on the wellness committee
- Have the opportunity to learn International payroll by partnering with team members in other Countries
Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experience in Payroll Administration
- Bachelors' degree required in HR or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; ability to manipulate large data
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Experience with Paycom preferred or related payroll systems
