Payroll Specialist - Precision Recruiting Solutions Group : Job Details

PAYROLL SPECIALIST - Direct Hire role with our client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Work Environment: Hybrid Schedule After Training (1-2 days in office likely)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process payroll for multiple companies in a multi-state environment
• Utilize internal ERP/Accounting System and ADP for payroll and entries for tax and benefit deductions
• Prepare direct deposit uploads
• Reconcile unemployment compensation reports
• Produce weekly and monthly reports
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Associates or Bachelor s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of accounting and payroll experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel essential
• Background working in a union and multi-state environment highly desired
• Effective communication skills with field and corporate personnel
