Position: Wage and Labor Compliance Officer/ Payroll Compliance Manager

Location: Juno beach FL 33408

Duration: Contract (12+ months)

Pay Range: $49-51/hr. on W2

Shift: M-F (Standard Shift)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee and enforce prevailing wage compliance across projects. The role involves managing consultants, reviewing EPC compliance reports, and ensuring all activities meet legal and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily wage compliance operations and consultant workflows.
• Review compliance reports and track remediation activities.
• Maintain compliance documentation and SOPs.
• Execute and monitor NAP workflows.
• Manage compliance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in payroll operations, wage compliance, or vendor oversight.
• Construction compliance or field auditing experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, HR, Construction Management, etc.).
• Proficiency with compliance tools and Excel.
