Payroll/HR Associate (Long Term Temp Assignment)
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll in ADP for both union and nonunion employees.
- Verify work hours and initiate various types of deductions including union dues, health or garnishments.
- Maintain HR and update payroll records.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and use ADP to track and calculate PTO entitlements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of union and nonunion payroll experience; real estate and/or construction industry experience is preferred
- Strong administrative skills; you will be preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and some discipline notices
- HR skills/experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with prevailing wage, 32BJ, NOITU, Local 6, Local 94 is preferred.
