DRM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & HR Administrator to join the DReaM Team at our corporate office in Omaha, NE! This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing while also providing broad-based support across multiple HR functions including job postings, onboarding, documentation, HRIS, benefit administration and help to support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and HR communications. DRM is a 3rd generation family business that owns 119 Arbys restaurants across 7 states in the Midwest and 1 Buffalo Wild Wings Go (BWWGO) location in Omaha, NE.
