Job Description
The Payroll Director oversees the development, implementation, and management of global payroll strategies and operations across the enterprise's global workforce, ensuring compliance with international payroll regulations and standards. This role involves building strong relationships with internal teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and third-party vendors to ensure process execution aligns with contracts, policies, and legal requirements. Expertise in payroll vendor technology and integration processes is essential to streamline payroll functions across multiple regions. The role includes leading high-complexity projects and managing daily operations with significant enterprise impact.
