Extension is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

  • Process assigned payroll cycles, garnishments, adjustments, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, maintaining precision and timeliness.
  • Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain accurate employee banking information for direct deposits and manage state/federal tax elections.
  • Administer and track employee garnishment orders.
  • Generate and customize various payroll reports as needed.
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the HR Benefit functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources Benefits Team
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to benefits (medical support orders, termination of benefits forms, retiree medical payments, invoices, etc.)
  • Coordinate HR Benefits projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc.) and summarize task lists
  • Process employee benefit claims for life insurance and long-term disability benefits with the various vendors.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of payroll and benefit experience

Salary Information

  • Pay starting at $27/hr
