Extension is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Process assigned payroll cycles, garnishments, adjustments, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, maintaining precision and timeliness.
- Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain accurate employee banking information for direct deposits and manage state/federal tax elections.
- Administer and track employee garnishment orders.
- Generate and customize various payroll reports as needed.
- Perform day-to-day operations of the HR Benefit functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources Benefits Team
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to benefits (medical support orders, termination of benefits forms, retiree medical payments, invoices, etc.)
- Coordinate HR Benefits projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc.) and summarize task lists
- Process employee benefit claims for life insurance and long-term disability benefits with the various vendors.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll and benefit experience
