Payroll Administrator - GREAT WOLF LODGE : Job Details

Responsible for timely, accurate multi-state, full-cycle payroll processing for assigned lodges. Accountable for importing and balancing timekeeping information and adjustments. Communicate with department directors on timekeeping edits and approvals -- reviews timesheets on an ongoing basis to ensure timely completion of payroll processing. Work closely with lodge Human Resources and Finance teams. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies. Process payroll journal entry file, wage attachments, and tax documents. Provide ad hoc reports as requested. Accept cross training duties with payroll team. Assist with preparing and providing information for audits and auditor inquiries. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Continuously improve, appropriately document, and effectively follow work processes. Required Qualifications: 3 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
