As our next Payroll Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our mission-driven team running smoothly and accurately paid - all while helping us serve communities across Iowa. What You'll Do: • Accurately manage and process weekly payroll • Partner with HR to support leaves, PTO, and compliance • Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and assist with audits • Guide staff and leaders through time entry and approvals • Help enhance and streamline payroll systems and processes What You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field • 5+ years of payroll experience • Strong understanding of payroll systems, compliance, and reporting • A knack for solving problems and working independently • A collaborative spirit and strong attention to detail • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A Peek Into Your Workday: This is primarily an office-based role, with most of your time spent at a computer handling payroll tasks or helping employees navigate their payroll questions - but your impact will be felt organization-wide.
