Description Payment Entry Clerk Do you have a passion to make a difference? Join our team to make a difference As the Payment Entry Clerk you responsible for all phases of third party or private payment processes on accounts as assigned. These functions include payment applications into MHMRTC's A/R system(s), reconciliation of monies received to system entries, payment inquiries, processing of refund debit and credit transactions to A/R, report generation and maintenance, transfers of services from/to appropriate revenue accounts, and performing bad debt write off and adjustments to client accounts. Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Defined Education None Required Experience 6 (six) months office experience with data entry skills (9,000 keystrokes required). Substitutions None Required LicenseValid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
