This unit focuses on delivering high-quality, reliable stove solutions, including wood, pellet, and gas models.

OurPattern Techniciansare responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on the tooling used to mold our cast iron to produce Hearth&Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves and hearth products. This is an apprenticeship position where you will learn the skills necessary to become an expert in the field.Key Responsibilities

• Stage molding tools for next days' production schedule.
• Load tooling into molding cassettes and deliver to molding Department per production.
• Unload molding tools from production and remove tooling from cassettes after production requirements are satisfied.
• Cut, install, sand and polish gating systems on new molding tools.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Learn how to perform basic pattern repairs (i.e., replacing in-gates, vents, runners, wipers&cups).
• Learn how to identify and resolve molding scrap defects via gating enhancements.
• Work in a team-driven environment to move quality products safely and improve our efficiencies.
