Patient Watch Specialist - Nights .6 FTE - Seattle Children's Hospital : Job Details

Provide supervision, coaching, and support to patients and families. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and provide interventions to maintain safety of patients with mental and behavioral health challenges in a variety of settings. Must be able to work with patients that are experiencing a variety of behavioral and physical symptoms related to mental illness. Part-Time .6 FTE (48 hours per two week pay period) Benefits Eligible. Nights - 12 hours shifts 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends included. Required Education and Experience. High school diploma or equivalent experience. At least one (1) year of related experience in customer service and/or caring for and maintaining safety of children. Required Credentials. Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire. Safety Care certification (internal training) required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter. Preferred.
