Position: Patient Transporter Location: Arlington Heights, IL - Full time. Hours: M-F 7 a-3:30 p; rotating weekends & holidays. Required Travel: None. What you will need:The level of knowledge normally obtained through completion of four years of high school or equivalent. Minimum of one year of college or vocational schooling preferred. Must successfully complete and maintain a minimum standard of American Heart Association Adult Heart saver CPR and AED training within 3 months of hire. The interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact in a positive manner with patients, their families, nursing staff and physicians. The verbal and written English skills necessary to clearly and effectively communicate information. The organizational skills necessary to prioritize and complete transport tasks in a timely manner.
