Patient Services Specialist - Home Care, Full Time - Days - Mercy Health : Job Details

Responsible for multiple facets of patient financial account services that include patient benefit assessment, insurance verification, pre-certification, pre-authorizations, pre-determination for services, and referral management. Assures that patient information and appropriate documentation is documented and uploaded to EPIC. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
