We are seeking a Patient Services Representative at our Lexington Clinic, for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

The Outpatient Clinic Patient Services Representative manages all pre-certifications and prior authorizations required by insurance carriers/payors for patient treatments and surgeries. May be required to collaborate with physicians regarding procedural codes and medical record documentation. Duties and responsibilities include assisting the OPC team with answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork/medical records for clinic visits, and scheduling referrals for continued tests and treatments.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• Two years related experience in a medical office or registration area preferred
