DescriptionJob Title: Patient Services RepresentativesLocation: South Coast Gynecologic Oncology – San Diego, CAJob Type: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8-hour shiftsPay: $23-$26.00 (depending on experience)South Coast Gynecologic Oncology is a busy specialty clinic with an in-house infusion suite, providing in-office chemotherapy and comprehensive gynecologic oncology care. We are seeking a qualified Patient Services Representative to join our front office team.Responsibilities Include

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering multi-line phones and directing calls
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with referrals/authorizations
• Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays and balances
• Maintaining accurate patient records in EPIC
• Scanning, documentation, and general front office support

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Experience with EPIC Systems preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
