Job Title: Patient Service Representative (PSR)

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our behavioral health team at our Frisco, Texas location. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who values providing excellent patient care, enjoys administrative work in a clinical setting, and is eager to grow their skills through hands-on training in innovative mental health services.
Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Shift 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No travel required – this role is based solely at our Frisco office
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Verify insurance, collect copays and other payments
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and patient portal
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
- Provide front-desk administrative support to providers and clinical staff
- Maintain a positive and consistent patient experience
Specialized Training & Clinical Support Duties (Provided In-House):
- Assist with Spravato administration under physician supervision
- Support as a TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Technician
- Conduct Urine Drug Screen (UDS) collection and processing
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with clinical staff
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
