What we're looking for: The right person who is the first line of contact for a patient in the facility. Position serves as the liaison between the physician and the patients. Information is gathered from the patient and entered into the computer system to create an encounter record. Responsible for upfront collections. Delivers customer service support to staff, patients, families, visitors.
