The Patient Services Representative is responsible for enhancing the patient's overall experience during their visit. The Representative will work directly with patients to assist with the admission and check-in process, review insurance eligibility and financial responsibilities, and schedule appointments. The Representative will be responsible for collecting any patient co-pays or outstanding balances. The Representative will also need to complete other tasks that contribute to the day-to-day functions of the office.
